Five persons have been confirmed dead in road crash that happened on Ogbese market day in Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State. Two others persons were said to have also sustained varying degrees of injuries in the accident on Thursday.
The accident, which involved a Nissan Sunny car and DAF tipper, occured at Oyin Junction, after Ilu-Abo around 9:00am. Eyewitness accounts revealed that the victims were market women and men going to the popular Ogbese market with their goods.Read Original
