A student, Ezi Ugoma, of the Delta State University, DELSU, has been rusticated for filming and uploading a video of a dying schoolmate.
DELSU, in a letter signed by the Principal Assistant Registrar (Students), Ughwumiakpor A., on behalf of the Deputy Registrar, stated that Ugoma was found guilty of breaching her matriculation oath.Read Original
