In a recent video on Facebook from 3:01, Popular Nigerian prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has issued a warning about potential political tension in Nigeria similar to what recently occurred in Cameroon.
Speaking during a live prophetic session on Tuesday, Ayodele said he foresees a scenario where opposition parties in Nigeria could prematurely declare victory before official election results are announced, a development he believes could lead to serious political unrest.
“Look at what is happening in Cameroon,” Ayodele said. “That is exactly what will happen in Nigeria. That’s exactly what wanted to happen in Nigeria.”

The cleric, who has a long track record of political prophecies across Africa, noted that such occurrences are often signs of deep distrust in electoral systems. He urged Nigerian authorities, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), and political stakeholders to take proactive measures to avoid crisis.
“The opposition will come out strongly before the election, before the announcement,” he warned. “They will announce themselves as a winner; they will declare themselves as a winner.”
Ayodele’s statement comes amid growing political tension and public concern over transparency in Nigeria’s electoral process. The prophet emphasized that failure to handle such situations carefully could plunge the country into avoidable conflict.
He called for prayer, dialogue, and fairness in the coming elections, stressing that only justice and truth can prevent Nigeria from experiencing the kind of confusion witnessed in other African nations.
