The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has announced a significant reduction in the cost of next year’s Hajj, lowering fares by about N200,000 compared to 2025. In a statement, the Commission said intending pilgrims from the Maiduguri–Yola Zone, which covers Yobe, Borno, Adamawa and Taraba States, will pay ₦8,118,333.67. Those from other northern states are to pay ₦8,244,813.67, while pilgrims from the southern states will be charged ₦8,561,013.67.
