A serial loser relying on propaganda

The Lagos chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has dismissed claims by the African Democratic Congress (ADC) that its members were attacked during a meeting in Alimosho local government on Saturday.

In a statement on Sunday, Lagos APC spokesman, Seye Oladejo, described the allegations as “wild and fabricated.”

Oladejo said the claims were a propaganda stunt by “a politically irrelevant party clutching at straws to stay in the news.”

He accused Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, ADC chieftain, of refusing to accept repeated rejection at the polls.

“Rhodes-Vivour is a serial contestant and serial loser whose only strength is in Twitter hashtags and noisy press statements,” Oladejo said.

He also dismissed ADC’s allegation that the APC desecrated a church, describing it as “shameful and blasphemous.”

Oladejo added that the party had governed Lagos for more than two decades without dragging politics into sacred places of worship.

On ADC’s reference to a Canadian court declaring the APC a terrorist organisation, Oladejo said it was “a joke taken too far.”

“The Lagos APC is focused on governance and will not be distracted by the hallucinations of a party that cannot even win a councillorship seat,” he said.

Oladejo challenged the ADC to provide evidence of its allegations.
