President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will lead a host of national leaders to the 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Muslim Ummah of South West Nigeria (MUSWEN), the umbrella body for all State Muslim Communities, Councils in South West Nigeria.
Tinubu, who will serve as Father of the Day, will be joined by governors from the South West, including the governor of Osun State, Ademola Nurudeen Adeleke, who is the Chief Host.
The important yearly gathering of South West leaders holds on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at the iconic Bola Babalakin Hall, Gbongan, Osun State. Also confirmed to be present as Special Guest of Honour is the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji (Dr.) Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar.

In a letter to President Tinubu, a copy of which was seen by our reporter, President of MUSWEN and Deputy President-General (South),
Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA), Alhaji Rasaki Oladejo said the gathering will also provide an opportunity for President Tinubu to meet with the assemblage of South West Muslim Leaders, who will be at the General Assembly.
The letter reads in part:
