The High Court in Abuja has sentenced a commercial driver, Yusuf Baba, to three months in prison or a fine of ₦50,000 for reckless driving that resulted in damage to Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) vehicles.
The court also ordered Baba to pay ₦3,190,000 as compensation for the vehicles he damaged while attempting to evade arrest.Read Original
